Honey –
''A gift of nature''

Our Guadeloupe islands are covered with a multitude of plants and trees, such as acacia, and logwood which produce excellent flowers ! From these flowers comes the pollen which the bees collect in order to make honey. You’ll find our bee-keepers mainly in the dry areas where these trees grow (Anse-Bertrand, Saint-François, Deshaies, Marie-Galante…) and create such beautiful blooms. Pollen gatherers par excellence, the bees pick the best location in order to produce honey of the highest quality. It’s very good for you, so it too deserves to be consumed without moderation. Guadeloupe honey is a true gift of nature !
