Nature reserve

Most of the Caribbean species do not exist anywhere else in the world. With their rich and rare fauna, the Guadeloupe Islands have 4 protected sea nature reserves which constitute a real treasure.

A vast number of heavenly lagoons provide a habitat for almost 70 coral species, 1,200 molluscs and 600 fishes. They extend over 6,315 ha. You will be absolutely fascinated by the contrasts of the mangrove swamp ecosystem and the crystalline and transparent waters of these spaces.
