ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Discover the 80 species of palm trees that make up the framework of this ensemble, reinforced by trees that are sometimes a hundred years old and give it a soul. The two basins with a waterfall and one with a water jet allow you to see some carps and tilapias swimming between aquatic plants, often with flowers... A suspension bridge leads you to a point of view in an old mango tree allowing a view of the garden, the sea and Lady Soufrière. On the way out, you pass by the corner of medicinal and aromatic plants, often accompanied by the joyful cries of about twenty conure parrots of Santo Domingo in complete freedom, which is surprising as well as rare. A large 100m shingle-covered carbet, with its annex reserved for caterers, can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, reinforced if necessary by large tents for 40 to 50 people, for picnics and various convivial gatherings.
