ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Nestled in the first hills of the Petit-Bourg plain, the Distillery borders the road to the hamlet whose name it bears, "Carrère". Its imposing structure immediately suggests a more contemporary history, although it was built in 1930, after having undergone the hard times of the Second World War it changed hands while continuing to produce.
