DESCRIPTION

Villa Lohéac, located between Deshaies and Sainte-Rose, is an atypical wooden house, which offers a panoramic view of the Caribbean Mountains and the islets facing Sainte-Rose. Located at 5 minutes walking distance from the beach of Mambia, it is the starting point of many hikes through the cane fields and the woods of the County.

The villa has an independent entrance, a private parking for 2 cars, a large carbet, a dishwasher, a swimming pool with deck, a barbecue area, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms + 1 small one, 3 with 180 cm bed and 2 with 140 cm bed, 3 WC. The whole set on a plot of land of 2000m2.

The main body of the house includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The 2 other bedrooms are located a few meters away in independent bungalows with their own bathroom.
You can rent the whole Villa for 8 adults + 2 children -12 years old (minimum 7 nights), or only the Villa without the bungalows (max. 4 persons and minimum 3 nights).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Umbrella bed on request.
Welcome house planter offered for any reservation of one week.
