  Located in the park of the Botanical Garden in a vast private space, quiet and green, sufficiently secluded from visitors, the villa overlooks the beautiful bay of Deshaies and the Caribbean Sea. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The 350 m² of the Creole architect's house, entirely built with wood from the islands, are distributed on two levels: The upper level includes three air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed (160*200), air blower and private bathroom and toilet. An air-conditioned living room with a private terrace that can be used as a bedroom thanks to the double sofa bed, TV, wifi, telephone. A living room with a well-equipped American kitchen, a very large terrace (135m²) partially covered with a living room, a dining room and a solarium. The lower level hosts: an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (180*200) and a single bed, mosquito net, air fan and private bathroom. Right next to the villa, you will appreciate the circular swimming pool of 40m² surrounded by tropical plants (secured by barrier and alarm) and a Barbecue. Sheets and towels provided. Free and unlimited access to the Botanical Garden.
